Booking and confirmation
Bookings must be confirmed with a deposit. A date is only held once that deposit is received.
To check availability, send your date, your function time and your venue. Those three facts determine whether the date is free and what time the session needs to start.
The balance is due on the day of the function unless agreed otherwise in advance.

Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund.
Cancellations inside 7 days may not be refundable, because the date will usually have been turned down for other bookings by that point.
If a date needs to be moved rather than cancelled, get in touch as early as possible — a transfer is often possible where an outright refund is not.
What's included
Pricing and what is included
Prices are published in full on the pricing page. Bridal, HD, airbrush and celebrity packages include hairstyling and saree or lehenga draping.
Hair extensions and hair accessories are quoted separately if you want them. Travel beyond Mira Bhayandar limits may carry a component for early call times, and it is quoted at enquiry rather than added to the final bill.
Published prices are current at the time of enquiry. A price confirmed in writing for your booking will not change afterwards.

Timing on the day
A full bridal look takes about three hours including hairstyling and draping, plus 30–45 minutes of setup beforehand.
Start times are agreed in advance from your muhurat or function time. Please be ready at the agreed time; a late start compresses everything after it, and on a wedding morning there is rarely slack downstream to absorb it.
If additional people are added on the day, they can usually be accommodated but may extend the session and incur the standard party makeup rate.

Skin, allergies and patch tests
Tell us about any allergies, sensitivities or reactions at the trial or at the time of booking, not on the morning.
Where a sensitivity is known, a patch test can be arranged in advance. Products used are professional-grade and chosen for skin safety, but no artist can anticipate an undisclosed reaction.
Please avoid facials, threading or any new skincare product in the week before your function.

Photographs and portfolio use
Photographs from a booking may be used in the portfolio, on the Google Business Profile or on Instagram, unless you ask otherwise.
If you would prefer your images not to be published, tell us at booking or afterwards and they will not be used.
